Founder & Managing Partner
Schuyler Cadwalader is the founder and managing partner of UpWealth Capital. His primary roles are investor relations and asset management, as well as overseeing and executing the growth and vision of the company.
After several years of working in various design capacities in New York City, he attended the University of Pennsylvania Weitzman School of Design where he earned his Masters of Architecture. For the next ten years, he worked on award-winning projects and managed their execution from schematic design through construction. He has deep experience in design, construction administration, project management, and building systems. He also owns and operates his own multifamily portfolio. He brings the full extent of his personal and professional experience to bear in the execution of UpWealth Capitals’ vision: to help others build wealth through multifamily real estate.
Allie Massaro, MD
Co-founder & Managing Partner
Allie Massaro is the co-founder and managing partner of UpWealth Capital. Allie completed her medical residency and fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania prior to relocating to the Pacific Northwest. She is a double board-certified neurologist and critical care physician working full-time in a neurologic intensive care unit. She brings years of leadership, high-level problem solving, and critical decision-making to UpWealth Capital.
Her primary role is marketing and investor relations with a focus on capital raising. Allie comes from several generations of multifamily investors with over 60 years of experience who still successfully develop, own, and operate hundreds of doors in the northeast.
